Use the contact form and state whether the request is for access, correction, export, deletion, or withdrawal of future collection authorization.
Verification
Include the account email and, for a school-managed student, the school and teacher or administrator. Do not email a password, government identifier, student audio, or other unnecessary sensitive information. MIDI Mind will verify account control and, when relevant, the parent, school, or student relationship before disclosing or deleting records.
Timing and scope
Verified exports are targeted within five business days. Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 calendar days. Deletion includes raw media, private storage objects, derived audio analysis, hybrid-exam work, practice records, and the applicable account identity, except for narrowly retained legal, security, or financial records.
